At Lunaqua, we stand behind the exceptional quality, craftsmanship, and vitality of our alchemically prepared skincare. Every product is thoughtfully formulated and hand-finished to support the natural rhythm of your skin and soul.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — while honoring the purity and integrity of our products.

🕒 Return Window & Eligibility

We gladly accept returns of unopened, full-sized products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required
Due to the artisanal, spagyric nature of our formulations, and for the safety of all customers, we do not accept returns on opened or used products, unless an exception applies (see below).

❗ What if I opened it and don’t like it?

Because our skincare is made without synthetic preservatives and with active, botanical ingredients, we cannot restock products that have been opened. For this reason, we do not accept returns on used, opened, or trialed products, unless:
  • The product arrived damaged, leaking, or compromised
  • You experienced a documented skin reaction and can provide details (photos encouraged)
If you're unsure whether a product is right for your skin type or goals, we invite you to email us before purchase. Our team is happy to guide you toward the most suitable product.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Care team at orders@lunaquaskincare.com with your order number and the product(s) you wish to return
  2. If your request meets our policy criteria, we’ll provide you with a return authorization and a prepaid return label
  3. Securely package your items and drop them off with the designated carrier
Note: Unauthorized returns may not be processed. Please wait for approval before sending anything back.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Timing may vary based on your financial institution.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or product damage.

  • Opened or used products

  • Final sale or promotional items
  • International orders

🌍 International Returns

At this time, we are unable to process returns for orders shipped outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand this option in the future.
