Shipping policy
Effective Date: May 2, 2025
All Lunaqua orders are packed and shipped from our fulfillment center at Mochila in New Jersey. We strive to ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible while ensuring the highest level of care and quality.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. U.S. Domestic Shipping Rates
- Free Ground Shipping on orders over $150
- $5 Ground Shipping (3–5 business days)
- $25 Second-Day Air
- $100 Next-Day Air
Please note: transit times are estimates and may vary based on destination and carrier delays.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada and Mexico. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may be charged upon delivery.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear. If your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received the package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
5. Shipping Delays
Lunaqua is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is in transit. Orders returned to sender due to incorrect address will be refunded minus shipping fees.
